20th of November is close enough to December to start making peppermint flavoured treats, right? ๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿป

As some of you know, choc mint is one of my absolute favourite flavour combinations. So, you guys are going to be seeing a lot of christmassy treats like this choc mint chia pudding.

Each layer has the ing ingredients –
โ–ซ๏ธ 1/4 cup almond milk (almondbreezeaus)
โ–ซ๏ธ 2-3 tbsp (depending how thick you want it) chia seeds (thechiaco)

Then for each of the individual layers, add the ing:

First layer (choc mint)
โ–ซ๏ธ1/2 tsp peppermint extract (queenfinefoods)
โ–ซ๏ธ1 tsp cacao powder (tropeaka)

Second layer (mint)
โ–ซ๏ธhandful fresh mint leaves (blended with almond milk)

Third layer (chocolate)
โ–ซ๏ธ 1 tsp cacao powder
โ–ซ๏ธ 1 tsp cacao nibs (heated with almond milk) (macro_wholefoods)
