Loaded Peanut Butter and Choc Bars!

So, it’s probably no secret that I am in love with Peanut Butter (especially mayversfood). I decided I wanted a snack that loaded right up with peanuts so created this Loaded Peanut Butter and Chocolate Bar.

First layer –
• 1 cup rolled oats (uncletobys )
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1 cup wholemeal puffs (macro_wholefoods)
• 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp peanut butter (mayversfood)
• 1 tbsp milk (sogoodau soy)

• Combine all ingredients until sticky.
• Layer at bottom of a well-greased baking dish and press well.
• Bake for 15min 180C or until lightly golden.

Second layer –
• 3/4 cup oats (uncletobys)
• 2 tbsp chia (macro_wholefoods)
• 1/4 cup peanut butter (mayversfood)
• 3/4 cup milk (sogoodau soy)
• 1/2 nana

• Blend all ingredients in a blender.
• Add to the top of the first layer.
• Bake for 15min 180C or until firm.
• Allow to cool on rack for 30min – 1hour. Then put in the fridge for a further 2 hours (at least) to cool.

Third layer –
• 1/4 cup dark chocolate (lindt_australia)
• 2 tsp coconut oil (macro_wholefoods)
• 2 tbsp peanut butter (mayversfood)

• Melt dark chocolate and 1 tsp of coconut oil in microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
• Cover the bars in the dark chocolate evenly.
• Melt peanut butter and 1 tsp of coconut oil in microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
• Spoon the mixture on top of the chocolate by spacing it out.
• You can leave as is, or create a swirl pattern using a chopstick/fork/toothpick etc.
• Set in fridge for a further hour or until the chocolate is solid.
