2 types of pasta for meal prep this week with a heap of extra veg to make sure I’m on target for hitting 5 serves a day.

Absolutely loving having my veggie patch and being able to get all the herbs I want 🪴

Pesto pasta –
▫️ homegrown fresh basil
▫️ homegrown fresh parsley
▫️ roasted pine nuts
▫️ extra virgin olive oil
▫️ nutritional yeast (or you can use Parmesan cheese)
▫️ lemon juice and rind

Tomato based pasta –
▫️ roasted tomatoes (with skin)
▫️ fresh cherry tomatoes
▫️ homegrown fresh sage
▫️ homegrown fresh oregano
▫️ Italian herbs
▫️ “whatever is in the fridge” veggies
