Mixing up my usual pasta with some gnocchi, homemade sauce and mozzarella. I’m not a huge meat eater so I have to get creative with ways to incorporate more protein into my diet. An easy way to do this is to add protein sources into pasta sauces. Take a look at the ingredients below ⬇️

Sauce ingredients –
▫️ red capsicum
▫️ tomatoes
▫️ red lentils
▫️ white beans
▫️ onion
▫️ garlic
▫️ herbs including rosemary, lemon thyme and oregano
