My work put on a cooking class with food.centric today where we cooked Moroccan Tagine with Pumpkin and Chickpeas.
I chose the vegetarian option with the cauliflower and was super impressed by the amazing colours the spices created 😍
It was my first time making flatbread as well. I loved how Naomi made the instructions super simple to along with and I can happily say I only burnt 1 (when I was trying to get this photo 🤣).
The coriander yoghurt (chobaniau of course) was the perfect addition to the dish to freshen it up!
