Not my prettiest of preps, but that’s not the point 🤷🏻‍♀️ Full of lots of yummy veggies and protein to make sure my body stays healthy for a busy week back at training after almost 2 weeks out with the flu.

What is it?
▫️ tofu with soy sauce, lemon and thyme.
▫️ cauliflower.
▫️ green beans in garlic and leftover sauce.
▫️ carrot.
▫️ capsicum.
▫️ roasted sweet potato in rosemary.

Is anyone else meal prepping today?
