Yoghurt bowl for breakfast with chobaniau, australianblueberries and homemade granola.

Been having this for breakfast all week and it’s been keeping me full right up until lunch. Absolutely perfect, right??

Also tried making granola for the first time and am super impressed with how delicious and easy it was!

Ingredients –
▫️ rolled oats (uncletobys)
▫️ wholegrain puffs (macro_wholefoods)
▫️ peanuts
▫️ chia seeds (macro_wholefoods)
▫️ Pepita seeds
▫️ sultanas
▫️ honey (to combine)

I mixed all the ingredients together and added enough honey to combine. Then I layered it on an oven safe tray and baked for 20min 180° until golden brown.

The honey flavour came through so nicely and retained its crunch with the yoghurt. I’ve stored it in an airtight container and it’ll last me the week ✌🏻
